About us

I am a South African who has been in Denmark for 4 years and while in Denmark work as a socio-emotional consultant for a large international school. In addition I have worked independently with families who require assistance with children on the spectrum, developmental and adjustment concerns and adolescents with emotional difficulties.

I have a degree in occupational therapy which was completed in South Africa. In addition I worked in government and private settings with neurological, neurodiverse and chronic mental heath conditions. I currently continue to work in the international school environment as a mentor, coach and supportive councilor. I am learning Danish, a tough task when language is not my strength, however focus my energy and strengths to the expat and English speaking communities. Having moved to Denmark and having to start a life from scratch with two teenage children i am very well placed to understand firsthand the difficulties of such communities.

People energize me and I have deep felt empathy for children, youth and parents. For this reason I started working in promoting the wellbeing and development of these demographics and know I can shift the needle to thriving in life.
